A 20-year U.S. Army veteran, he has served in Special Operations as a technology developer and Foreign Military Advisor in Latin America and Asia. Randall holds degrees in Security Administration and Science and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute.

Cody’s experience includes more than a decade as Director of IT/CISO for Jefferson County, Montana. He holds a Cyber Warfare Operator position in the United States Air Force and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to CSMI specializing in strategic IT and cybersecurity solutions. His academic credentials include a B.S. in IT and Cyber Security from Columbia Southern University, multiple CompTIA certifications and is currently pending a Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) certification with DoD. Cody's expertise includes cyber defense operations, network administration, and technical support. He excels at managing IT systems, implementing security policies, and responding to emerging cyber threats. Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) ensure they meet industry security regulations and compliance requirements. This role requires frequent on-site visits to assess, advise, and implement cybersecurity best practices, helping businesses safeguard their data and operations against cyber threats. You will act as a trusted advisor,guiding clients through regulatory frameworks such as CMMC 2.0, NIST, ISO27001, and other industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Regulatory Assessments:
- Conduct on-site security and compliance assessments for SMBs to evaluate adherence to cybersecurity regulations. Provide detailed reports with compliance gaps, risk analysis, and tailored recommendations to meet industry standards. Assist businesses in preparing for third-party audits and certifications.
Security Implementation & Advisory:
- Guide SMBs in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and technical controls to align with regulatory requirements. Assist in configuring and optimizing network security, firewalls, access controls, and endpoint protection. Provide remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities and ensure businesses adopt best security practices.
- Incident Response & Risk Mitigation :Help businesses develop and refine incident response plans to quickly detect, respond to, and recover from security breaches. Qualifications:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee and lead IT projects from initiation to completion. This role requires frequent travel to client sites, data centers, and company offices to ensure effective project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful IT initiatives. A current security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Multi-domain operations trainer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Range Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training Special Operations Forces (SOF), IT Professionals within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), and University personnel on the integration of capabilities across multiple domains (land, air, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum). Training objectives are to achieve an operational understanding of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) and Electronic Warfare (EW) threats in order to enhance protective measures for Customer networks and communication systems. You will
develop, deliver, and assess training programs that prepare personnel to effectively recognize and respond to various MDO related threats in complex and contested environments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in military EMSO and EW operations, a strong understanding of multi-domain warfare, and experience in  instructional design and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive MDO range training programs, courses, and exercises. This includes creating curriculum that covers joint, interagency, and multinational operations, with a focus on integrating capabilities across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum).

Training Delivery:
Conduct classroom, field, and virtual training sessions, workshops, and exercises for military and DIB personnel, focusing on MDO concepts, strategies, tactics, and technologies.

Scenario-Based Training:
Develop and lead realistic, scenario-based training exercises that simulate operations in an RF contested environment. These exercises should challenge participants to think critically and respond to EMSO challenges across domains in dynamic and contested settings.

Assessment & Evaluation:
Assess and evaluate trainees’ performance through testing, simulation exercises, and after-action reviews (AARs). Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to enhance individual and team performance in MDO.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with CSMI leadership, military operational planners, and other stakeholders to ensure that training objectives align with mission requirements and operational readiness goals.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with the latest developments in multi-domain warfare, emerging technologies, and changes to doctrine and tactics. Continuously refine training materials and methodologies to reflect current and future operational requirements.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Military Science, Defense Studies, Engineering, Cybersecurity) or equivalent military experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience in military operations, with a focus on multi-domain or joint operations. Experience in a combat or operational environment is highly preferred.

Expertise in Multi-Domain Operations:
In-depth understanding of multi-domain operations, joint and combined warfare, and integration across land, air, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic domains. Familiarity with relevant military doctrines (e.g., U.S. Department of Defense Joint Doctrine, NATO operational concepts).

Instructional & Training Experience:
Previous experience in instructional design and training delivery, including the ability to develop training materials, lesson plans, and conduct evaluations. Experience in training or leading military personnel at various levels.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with simulation software, virtual training platforms, and other technology tools used in MDO training. Proficiency in tools for modeling, simulation, and wargaming is a plus.

Leadership & Communication:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire confidence in trainees. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.

Security Clearance:
Must possess an active security clearance or be eligible to obtain one (specific clearance level may vary depending on the position).

Preferred Skills

- Advanced military or defense certifications (e.g., Cybersecurity, MDO-specific certifications).
- Experience working with Special Operations Forces (SOF) and multinational forces.
- Experience in the integration of cyber and electronic warfare capabilities into training operations.
- Familiarity with current trends in autonomous systems, AI/ML in military operations, and next-gen warfare technologies.
