Quality Policy Statement
All employees at CSMI are committed to continually improving quality management system to achieve our customer’s requirements.
We do this by:
a) Prioritizing our people, our processes, and our outputs
b) Providing opportunities for employee involvement and training
c) Providing on-time delivery of error-free services
CSMI’s quality management system objectives are established to enable CSMI to be our customers’ first choice. CSMI Quality Objectives:
d) Total on time delivery of project tasks will be 99%
e) Zero contract nonconformities
f) Customer satisfaction score goal of Exceptional in all rated areas.
Management will review Quality Objectives at least annually to ensure relevancy to customer requirements
