Mission Statement

“CSMI is a technical services company that will deploy anywhere in the world to provide rapid response, rapid scaling and technical support that meets or exceeds the expectations of our US and NATO member Government and Commercial customers in support of their operational objectives.”

Vision Statement

The vision of CSMI is to continually grow and improve capability through the implementation of best practices driven by caring professionals empowered with the best personnel available.

Quality Policy Statement

All employees at CSMI are committed to continually improving quality to achieve our customer’s requirements.

We do this by:

  • Prioritizing our people, our processes, and our outputs
  • Providing opportunities for employee involvement and training
  • Providing on-time delivery of error-free services

Key Performance Indicators

CSMI’s quality management system KPI are established to enable CSMI to be our customers’ first choice. CSMI KPIs:

  • Total on time delivery of project tasks will be 99%
  • Zero contract nonconformities
  • Customer satisfaction score greater than 4.5 out of 5

Management will review KPIs at least annually to ensure relevancy to customer requirements.

  • Customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood, and consistently met
  • The risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed
