Field Service Representative

General Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, technical service and maintenance of C5ISR and Force Protection technology systems in support of customer operations which may consist of a variety of electronics based communication, detection sensors/devices and ancillary electro-mechanical systems.
  • Candidate must have a strong background in electronics with troubleshooting experience in electrical systems. Performs system diagnostic testing, fault isolation to defective system component; makes repairs in a field environment. Performs inspection of system components, preventive maintenance, diagnostic testing and troubleshooting in order to isolate and replace at the system’s lowest level defective field replaceable unit.
  • Possess basic mechanical skills and have experience in the use of mechanical tools, soldering equipment and Test Equipment to include: Digital Volt-Ohm Meter, Power Meter, wave/signal analyzers, radiation meters.
  • Must have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components; capable of routine system maintenance and analysis functions including hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing components; use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools; reading of electronic and mechanical schematics.
  • Perform system operator training as required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to communicate with customer, support agency and to document equipment status and problematic areas.
  • Works with minimal supervision, provides system functionality briefings to customer and supervisory personnel. Coordinate with OEM and end use customer and CSMI supervisory personnel for support, communications, and transportation.
  • Responsible to maintain internal and external customer relationships.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform system maintenance services and support.
  • Responsible to account for spare parts utilization.

Work experience and requirements:

  • MUST have an approved security clearance active within past two years
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience performing maintenance on electronics or electro-mechanical systems
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license and passport
  • Capable of travel based on customer needs
  • Familiar with a PC operating in a windows environment
  • Attendance and completion of OEM factory certification/system orientation training
  • Must be in good health – able to pass a physical abilities test prior to employment

CUAS Field Service Representative

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support services for the deployment, maintenance and training for Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS)
  • Attend and successfully complete all OEM system orientation and certification training
  • Perform fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware/software and individual components; capable of routine system maintenance and analysis functions including hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing components; use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools; reading of electronic and mechanical schematics.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting for deployed CUAS systems at the component level, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) level, and at the system level.
  • Coordinate and support training using lesson plans, operator guides, quick start guides, operator level troubleshooting guides and updated video content for deployed systems and customers.
  • Monitor new and emerging threats to increase capability of fielded systems and communicate potential issues to customer.
  • Support the management and accountability of on hand inventory and Asset Visibility reporting

Work experience and requirements

  • Must have a current security clearance, active within past two years or the ability to obtain one
  • Experience with Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) to include: Digital Volt-Ohm Meter, Power Meter, wave/signal analyzers
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license and current passport
  • Capable of travel based on customer requirements including OCONUS support
  • Familiar with a Networked Systems
  • Must be in good health – able to pass a physical abilities test prior to employment

Logistician

Location: Torrance, CA with potential for OCONUS opportunities

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide general logistics support for customer technology-based systems
  • Management and accountability of end items and parts inventory
  • Perform all tasks associated with Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T)
  • Coordinate with customer for transport of systems to CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • Provide supply chain support to include monitoring of Authorized Stockage Levels (ASL) or reorder points
  • Perform logistics planning for high operational tempo system deployments and deployed inventory controls
  • Support system logistics and kitting requirements for deployment of customer systems
  • Record and monitor logistics actions into asset visibility or logistics tracking system

Work experience and requirements
